The traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy, is made from “Trebbiano” and “Lambrusco” wine and juicy grapes. After sun drying, the grapes are slowly crushed and then boiled in large copper vats. The concentrate is allowed to mature naturally in small oak casks.
Its bittersweet taste makes it suitable for seasoning all kinds of meat, game, fish and vegetables.
